Key features of our winter gritting services:

• We ensure accurate and reliable site-specific weather forecasts direct from the Met office  
• We only use non-corrosive Gritting Salt at all times. 
• Forecasts are broken down into 3-hour segments, identifying likely amount of snowfall and minimum road surface temperatures.  
• Our decision to attend, or our contact with clients, is made between 3pm and 6pm. giving us the most accurate and up to date information available. 
• Information is delivered in a format to suit you. 
• Environmental and financial integrity. When forecasting we also take into account external conditions, i.e. rain/snowfall allowing us to make an accurate decision on whether to attend (In essence there would be no requirement to grit a second night following an attendance if there had been no rain or snowfall with dry conditions).
• After each visit we will provide an e-mail stating the attendance and if required at that time will also provide the nights forecast data. 
• Application times to suit.
